Meeting Radar is a Chrome extension that runs locally in your browser. We do not operate backend servers that receive or store your calendar data.
Information We Access
- Google Calendar data (read-only) to detect upcoming events and display reminders.
- Event details needed to show reminders, including titles, start times, and join links.
How We Use Information
- Fetch upcoming events to trigger reminders and update the toolbar badge.
- Extract join links so you can join meetings quickly.
Data Storage
- Preferences (lead time, sound) are stored in Chrome storage on your device.
- Reminder state (snoozes, dismissals) is stored locally to avoid repeat alerts.
- We do not send calendar data to our own servers.
Third-Party Services
- Google Calendar API is used to read events with your permission.
- Any email sent via the Contact form is handled by your email provider.
Your Choices
- You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account permissions.
- You can remove the extension to stop all data access.
